David has been at J&J for 12 years he started his career in spine where he did various roles including an EMEA rotation.
Since joining Services & Solutions he has been part of projects that have been nationally recognised by: HSJ, ABHI, GIRFT, NHSSC and has a specialist interest in ambulatory surgery in arthroplasty.
He is a Lean Six Sigma, change management, and project management certified.
Tom has been at J&J for 9 years. He started his career in Ethicon where he has had various roles including an EMEA rotation with Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s patient pathways team.
Tom has worked with KOLs across specialties to develop Care4Today Recovery - a communication tool for the healthcare team to monitor patient and wound recovery remotely – providing access to real world data in real time.
His is responsible for Ethicon's Orthopaedic strategy including the products STRATAFIX™ Knotless Tissue Control Devices with Antibacterial Technology and DERMABOND™ PRINEO™ Skin Closure System.
