Lucy joined JJMT after managing elective and emergency orthopedics within the NHS. She spearheaded award-winning initiatives like day case arthroplasty and the redesign of trauma pathways. Passionate about equitable care through quality improvement, Lucy is now the Strategic Account Manager for the North-West/Midlands, shaping partnerships from strategy to execution.

David has been at J&J for 12 years he started his career in spine where he did various roles including an EMEA rotation.

Since joining Services & Solutions he has been part of projects that have been nationally recognised by: HSJ, ABHI, GIRFT, NHSSC and has a specialist interest in ambulatory surgery in arthroplasty.  

He is a Lean Six Sigma, change management, and project management certified.
