I completed my training in Paediatric Orthopaedics at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) in London and Southampton University between 2004 and 2006. After spending several years working abroad, I settled in Leeds, where I have been serving as a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at Leeds Teaching Hospitals since 2013.
My special interests focus on treating hip and foot deformities in infants. Alongside my colleagues, we have expanded the children’s unit in Leeds, establishing specialised clinics such as the Baby Clinic, Neuromuscular Clinic, Young Adult Hip Clinic, and Reconstruction Clinic. We have also created a comprehensive hub that provides paediatric orthopaedic services across a large area of Yorkshire.
I am deeply passionate about surgical training and education, currently supervising a Senior Fellow and ST Trainees. In addition, I have trained to work as a trauma surgeon and instructor in austere environments. I organise surgical missions to support underprivileged children around the world.
