National elective access policy (England)
NHS England has published a policy document setting out national elective access policy, reflecting the referral to treatment (RTT) rules and covers the core principles that all providers and systems should include in their local elective access policies, to support consistent application of waiting times rules and guidance.
The national elective access policy covers:

- pathway-specific milestones
