Birmingham Orthopaedic Training Programme Mentorship Scheme
The BOTP hopes to introduce a scheme for orthopaedic trainees from ST3 and above. In doing so, we hope to improve and enrich the experience trainees have during these formative years, by developing a wide range of skills and attributes not always directly addressed by supervisors, trainers and the training scheme itself.
