Shell Scheme Exhibitors 2024
Please read this section carefully if you are a shell scheme exhibitor as it details all the items that are included in your package.
As a shell scheme exhibitor, you receive the following as part of your stand package:
• Shell Scheme walls
• Name board
• 3 x spotlights
• 1 x 500W power socket
Please note - no furniture is included in the shell scheme package, this must be ordered separately.

We have appointed Index Group as the official shell scheme contractor and will be using their FITZiN system with bus stop style name boards. If you wish to upgrade any elements of your stand, please contact Index Group.

Name Board
The name board will show company name and stand number. The maximum number of characters is 32. Please complete the below online form by Friday 16th August, if we do not receive the completed form by the stated deadline your nameboard will be produced using the name taken from your contract. Name boards cannot be changed on-site.

2) Fixing to the shell walls should be carried out using Velcro tape or tabs, available for sale on site from Index Group. For heavy fixing, exhibitors should consult the stand contractor Index Group. Fixing with nails, screws, staples, and glue etc. to the wall panels is NOT PERMITTED. All damage will be charged to the exhibitor.
3) Panels are attached to each other by aluminium uprights which stand 20mm proud, exhibitors with larger graphics should contact Index Group for advice.
4) Optional extras such as panelling, doors, shelves etc. are available using the online order form below.

Please note that items in the shell scheme stand package are not interchangeable or transferable, nor will cancellation of an item qualify you for a refund. If you have not booked a shell scheme stand and wish to have one, please contact your us directly to discuss this further.
