Type: Implants for Tissue Approximation
Summary: Poly-Tapes are implants with an open-weave structure that are indicated for patients requiring soft tissue approximation and reconstruction of ligaments and tendons. Made from woven multifilament high tenacity polyester fibre, they provide a soft flexible structure with high strength. Their open weave structure allows a natural body response whereby native tissue integrates into the device. They come in a large range of sizes to suit varying patient anatomy and are also available as single thickness or tubular devices.
